Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed tracking information. Please note that we do not process shipments on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery Estimates
We offer professional logistics support for both domestic and international orders:
- Standard Domestic Shipping (India): 5–7 business days
- International Shipping: 10–15 business days depending on destination
Secure Transit & Insurance
To guarantee the safety of your high-end jewellery, every shipment is fully insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit at no additional cost to you. For high-value items, a signature will be required upon delivery to ensure your package is received securely.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, please be aware that recipients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
Returns & Refund Policy
At Laxmi Impex, your satisfaction is paramount. Each of our natural gemstone pieces is a labour of love, and we want you to feel confident in your selection. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we have established a clear return and refund policy to assist you.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for items within 14 calendar days of receipt. To qualify, your item must be in its original, pristine condition, unworn, and with all security tags and original packaging intact.
2. Bespoke and Custom Carvings
Items that have been custom-designed, resized, or feature bespoke gemstone carvings specifically commissioned for your order are final sale. These unique creations cannot be returned unless they are discovered to have a manufacturing defect upon arrival.
3. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at laxmi.impex21@gmail.com. We require a proof of purchase or receipt to process your request. Once approved, you will be provided with specific shipping instructions.
4. Refunds and Inspection
Upon receipt and inspection of the jewellery, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within approximately 7 to 10 business days.
